William "Bill" E Keith

MARION – William E. “Bill” Keith, 66, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015, at the St. Luke Hospital Emergency Room, Marion, Kansas.  He was born January 1, 1949, at Wichita, Kansas.  He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War with the United States Marine Corps.  He worked in management at Boeing.  On October 1, 1971, he was united in marriage to Charmaine A. Cremeen.  She preceded him in death along with a sister, Linda Olson.  He is survived by his children:  Jess Keith and wife Tammy of Wichita; Fawn Keith of Wichita; and Ida French of Marion; two grandchildren:  Devon Keith of Wichita; and Brandon French of Marion; and two brothers:  Larry Keith of Wichita; and Marvin Keith of Vinita, Oklahoma.  A Celebration of Life Reception will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2015, beginning at 11:00 a.m., at the Marion Reservoir, Cottonwood Point.  Inurnment will be at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, at the Marion Cemetery with military rites.  A memorial fund has been established for the Marion VFW, Post #6958, in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm, Marion, KS, 66861.
