Vivian Conyers

MARION - Vivian I. Conyers, 89, passed away October 5, 2016, at Avita Senior Living Center, Wichita, Kansas.  She was born June 26, 1927, at Hillsboro, Kansas.  She was the daughter of Pete and Katherine "Tina" (Loewen) Klein.  She was a graduate of Marion High School.  She was a teller at Marion National Bank for many years, before that she was a secretary for Slusser Oil Company.  She was formerly active on the Library Board of Directors, the 20th Century Club, the St. Luke Auxiliary, and the VFW Auxiliary.  She was a member of the Eastmoor United Methodist Church.  She was the wife of Harold H. Conyers, he preceded her in death on October 20, 2012.  She was also preceded by a son Randy Conyers.  She is survived by a son, Wayne Conyers and wife Mary Ann of McPherson; and Melanie Northcutt and husband David of Wichita; 8 grandchildren:  Reginald Conyers, Robert Conyers, Blake Conyers, Alothea Achem, Anoria Carlson, Alyssa Henberger, Erika Northcutt, and Haley Northcutt; and 10 great-grandchildren.  Visitation with family will be held from 3 - 5 p.m., Saturday, at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion.  Cremation will follow visitation.  A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 10, 2016, at the Eastmoor United Methodist Church, Marion.  Inurnment will follow in the Marion Cemetery.  A Memorial Fund has been established for the Eastmoor United Methodist Church Music Department in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm, Marion, KS, 66861.  Online Condolences may be left at www.zeinerfuneralhomes.com.
