Pearl’s life began on March 16, 1936, in Okeene, Ok.  She is the daughter of Edwin and Alice (Weigand) Seibel.  Pearl attended school in Marion, where she met Ezra Helmer, and they were united in marriage on November 28, 1952 in Marion.

Her greatest joy was her family which includes her son Dennis (Marsha) Helmer of Wichita, her late daughter and son-in-law Denice ( Raymond ) Bina, sons, Douglas Helmer of Salida, CO, and Darin (Jan) Helmer of Marion; grandchildren Ramie (Jake) Seymour, Nichole Bina, Ryan (Kelly) Bina, Chuck ( Kristen) Bina, James (Olivia) Bina, Andrew (Molly) Bina, Amanda Bina, Aaron (Tara) Bina , Danae (Josey) Weaver, Jennifer Helmer, Michael Helmer, Lauren Helmer, David (Hilary) Helmer, Chris Helmer, Matt ( Rachel) Helmer and Jim (Chelsey) Helmer and 27 great grandchildren.

Pearl passed away on February 28, 2023, at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Alice Seibel, husband Ezra, and daughter Denice and son-in-law (Raymond) Bina.
