Nola J Quillman

Nola’s life began on July 24, 1943, at Fort Riley, KS. She was the daughter of Herman and Mamie L. (Shinn) Casey. Nola was united in marriage to Leslie H. Quillman, Sr. on November 5, 1962, at the Church of the Nazarene in Herington. She was a homemaker, who enjoyed her flowers and animals. Nola also enjoyed shopping, as well as gifting to friends and family. She is survived by her daughters Lori (Dirk) Jarrett of Norfolk, NY, and Nancy Quillman of Herington; grandchildren Renee (Rob) Freeman, Natalie (Chad) Orologio, Matthew Jarrett, Jake Quillman, Olivia Quillman, and Alexis Quillman; great grandchildren Claire, Everett, Roman, Alessia, Mason and Asher; sister Betty Wilcox of Milton, FL., and niece Penny Schmutz and nephew Frank Schwab. Nola passed away at home on Sunday November 10, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents Herman Casey and Mamie Shinn, husband Leslie H. Quillman, Sr., son Leslie Quillman, Jr., grandson Daniel Quillman, sister Terry Schwab, and brother Michael Casey. Her family will gather with friends from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday November 19, 2024, at the First Baptist Church, Herington where her funeral service will begin at 11a.m. Yazel Megli Funeral Home is serving the family.
