Mary Jean Overton

CANTON, Mary J. Overton, 70, passed away June 10,  2015, at Pine Village of Moundridge, Kansas.  She was born May 23, 1945, at Grinnell, Kansas; the daughter of Fred and Mary (Meerian) Wolf.  On August 16, 1965, she married Alan E. Overton. She was preceded in death by her parents and  brothers, Jim and Leon Wolf;  She is lovingly survived by husband, Alan of Canton;  children: Brenda Stovall (Don) of Halstead; Arlie Overton (Gina) of Marion; Cathy Keyes (Dean) of Rush Springs, OK; Keith Overton (Erica) of Jenks, OK;  A.J. Overton (Amanda) of Halstead; siblings: Melvin Wolf of Grinnell; Luetta Kaiser of Hays; Rich Wolf of Denver, CO; Daryl Wolf of Monument;; Bernice Rueschhoff of Angelus and Duane Wolf of Grinnell; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Zeiner Funeral Home, Hillsboro.  Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 13, 2015; at Spring Valley Mennonite Church, Canton.  A memorial fund has been established for Spring Valley Memorial Fund in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 920 E. D Street, Hillsboro, KS  67063.
