Linda Pearl Britton-Heath

Professional welder at Hesston, businesswoman managing Chuck Wagon, working for the State transporting children, volunteering for many of Florence community projects (identifying/mapped entire Hillcrest cemetery lots, volunteered cooking and serving and helped with the Harvey House, as well as the Florence Historical Society.  Organized and prepared the Florence Birthday Calendar.  Linda Britton-Heath was an excellent friend you could count on.

Linda P. Heath, 76, of Florence, Kansas, died July 17, 2023, in her home.

Linda was born Jan 28, 1947, in Newton, Kansas.  She was a lifelong resident of Florence.

Survivors include sister Nelta Harder of Emporia, KS and her brother and sister-in-law David and Beatrice Britton of Bellevue, NE.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Calvin Heath, her parents, Howard and Josephine (Seeney) Britton, her brother-in-law P.T. Harder, her two brothers Leroy and Raymond Britton; and her sister Jane Muncy and brother-in-law Gene Muncy.
