Kathrine L. Castillo

Kathrine’s life began May 14, 1947, in Kansas City, MO. She was the daughter of Harold C. and Betty S. (Shirk) Harvey. Kathrine was a 1965 graduate of Remington High School. She worked as a clerk for Kleppers convenience store. Kathrine is survived by her children Rena (Tim) McCullough of Cushing, OK, Sandra Foster of Panama City, FL, Clifford Foster of Haysville, KS, Christina Karanja of Wichita, and Sarah Retiz of Wichita; sister Rena Majerus; 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and two nephews Gregory and David Majerus.  Kathrine passed away at her home on June 7, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter Brenda Cobb. Her family will gather with friends on Saturday June 11, 2022, for her funeral service at Lamb Funeral Home, Whitewater, KS. The funeral service will start at 11:00 a.m.  with visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Kathrine will be laid to rest in Green Valley Cemetery, Furley.
