Donna Lee Adam

HERINGTON – Donna Lee Adam,  68, of Herington, died Friday, April 15th, 2016, at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.  She was born April 23, 1947, in Strong City, KS, the daughter of Harry W. and Cora N. (Ashwill) Adam.                         

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, May 28th, 2016, at the First Christian Church of Herington.  A private inurnment will be at a later date at the Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Miss Adam retired over ten years ago from Civilian Personnel in Ft. Riley.  She was a curator for the Herington Tri County Historical Society.   She graduated from Herington High School with the class of 1966.  Preceded in death by niece Joyce Kearns, nephew Ricky Klos, and her parents.

She is survived by two brothers Gerald Adam of Herington, Mark Adam (wife-Janet) of Topeka; two sisters Betty Kearns (husband-Morris) of Coffeyville, Norene Klos of Beloit; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great nephews, a great-grandniece and several cousins.
