Penny Lee Voller

Penny Lee (Brown) Voller, 82, of White City, Kansas, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026. Born March 24, 1944, in Portland, Oregon, Penny was known for her kindness, creativity, and generosity—“a tapestry woven with kindness, creativity, and endless generosity toward everyone around her.”

A Park Rose High School graduate, she earned her associate’s degree in Portland and spent her career in the criminal justice department, mentoring and advocating for victims. She later found joy working for Disney, where her warm spirit fit naturally with the magic she loved.

Penny is survived by her daughter, Jennel (Philip) Rowe; grandchildren Paris McNeill, Jonathan Rowe, Justin Schultz, Christine (Tommy) Borrell, Tyler Schultz, and Mckenzie (Ryan) Hicks; many great‑grandchildren; and her sister, Janice Ellison. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Voller.

Visitation will be held July 28, 2026, from 1:30–2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Herington, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM. Memorial donations may also be made to Yazel‑Megli Funeral Home. Guests may share memories at www.yazelmeglifh.com.
